Hey Everyone!

My name is Carter Groves. I went on the World Race in January of 2019 on 5th generation Q squad. But I just couldn’t stay away from Adventures in Missions and decided to go for Round 2.

But in all reality, halfway through my World Race, I was challenged by the Lord that the Race was not the end of my journey at AIM. I had built a foundation and the next step in building a “spiritual house” was attending CGA. There’s more but that’s for a different blog post.

So whether you followed me on my World Race or this is your first time following me, here is a little about myself.

I’m a big brother. I have an older sister and three younger siblings. It is very much part of who I am to be a “buddy”.

I attended Texas A&M University where I studied History and Arabic. I’m one of those guys that has your History 101 class textbook on my reading shelf for personal reading. I love history and just knowing why things happened the way they did.

I have been a Christian since I could say I was, however I have been actively pursuing a relationship with the Lord since 2018.
